Requirements:- Three plus years of experience with JDM, ODM design processes is a big plus.- Lead and manage a project team of talented engineers involved in the specification, design, development and test of Hardware Data Center Server based products.- Ability to be invovled from conception to high volume manufacturing- Architecture, specification, design,implementation, and verification ofsystems- Lead and manage a project team of talented engineers involved in the specification, design, development and test of hardware Data Center Server based products. - Design and develop hardware solutions and lead the team to develop system boards. - Interfaces cross-functionally at the working team level.- Work closely with ASIC, DFT, diagnostics, software developers, manufacturing, and OEM/ODM partners throughout the development process.- Has demonstrated ability to design, and ship a product - Excellent documentation, communication skills - Effective interaction with other engineeringfirmware, and software methodologies-Familiarity with JDM, ODM design processes is a big plus- Experience with hardware testing and certification process is critical. - Experience with logic simulation or design verification techniques are all a plus.- Self motivation, teamwork, strong communication, and people/project management skills are essential- A highly motivated, organized and self managedindividual contributor is needed to fill this role- MSEE with 7+ yrs or BSEE with 10+ yrs hardware board design experience
